270811 - Victorian

That day, I was forced by someone to SMK Victoria which I actually lost my maybe-can-get 20 marks for co-co. It's a lot!

I quite refused in the beginning and I blamed the one as the one did not allow those who wanna go to go and those who don't wanna go, the one forced them to go.

Anyway, after the visit, what I can said is that me not regretting to go.

Learned and knew quite a lot of things there.

VI is basically a boy school and a cluster school which means students' quantity and quality controlled.

VI is really a good quality school. If you got the chance to see their achievements, you will know.

They told us that there are 1200+ students only who majority are boys and only a few girls in F6.

1200 students and there are only 20 prefects.

1 VS 60. Wow! not really much actually ==

Prefect in our school roughly is 1 VS 70. Our school is huge ==

VI was created by the year of 18++ which means it is old.

What actually we knew there?

The school actually doesn't have so many rules as they are ALLOWED to bring cellphones, liquid paper, laptop and everything they want to school and they can eat in the class.

Envy? More to come.

The school provided free wi-fi to all of them.

According to someone, the teachers are actually using bbm to contact with the prefects when they need them. Personally envy till max!

Go google search in case you don't know what is bbm.

Well, stop about this.

In that school actually the prefects are having a great power.

They all are selected based on they achievements and only F5 are allowed to join.

As usual they have to went through interviews and training.

The Victorians are actually quite emphasis on seniority which means F5 having the greatest power.

The juniors respect the seniors as much as you can think.

And the prefects are the highest among all of them.

Why I said so? The juniors actually dare not to look at the prefects when the prefects are on duty. They only can look down.

In our school? It is in the opposite way =(

And when the prefects asked help from the students, they actually will not say NO no matter how weird the request is.

The way the VI prefects control the students are actually using the dictator way.

They used to shout at the students like how we shout when we commanding in marching.

Loud till actually I cant understand fully what they shouted ==

And the most unacceptable part for everyone of us is actually the punishment part.

Those who are late or didn't wear their ties and others, they will be given punishment on the spot.

They will be punish to run 10 laps at the field, push-up, and others physical training.

The most weird punishment that I never thought will be the 5000 words of essay where the title will be as weird as it can be, ex: "Why today is Wednesday?".

Gosh, how people going to write in 2 days time? ==

Can you actually imagine how scary the prefects are to the students?

Compared to our school, I would say our school will be the heaven =)

Anyway, when the prefects are off duty, they are super friendly to the juniors where they are concern about the juniors.

The students in the school are in a big team and I really adore with their spirit.

They LOVE the school! They do enjoy schooling and no forcing for them to go to school.

This is why they will say : once a Victorian, always a Victorian.

Actually we can't follow much with the system there as if we did so, the parents here will be blaming and complaining. And actually many more problems that we need to deal with if we going to use that way to control the students.

Anyway, I personally feel that those who went to VI became quite aggressive after the visit =P

Keep the spirit people!

210811 - Decision 2

So here's the solution for the question that I provided in the previous post =)

We should not change the path of the train.

Why? Why not changing the path is a better choice?

Many of us will choose to change the path of the train.

Cause we do think that sacrifice 1 kid is better than sacrifice the whole gang of children.

No one will blame us as everyone will do so.

But do we really making a correct decision?

Do we consider about the feeling of the kid that we going to sacrifice?

What he did actually that make him the one to be sacrifice?

Just because he chose to play alone on the abandon track?

Just because he knew that playing on the operating track will be dangerous?

He is the innocent one and he did nth wrong, but society chose to sacrifice him.

The reality always that cruel. Society always sacrifice those innocent, but those doing wrong?

Just because those making mistakes is in a larger amount?

Besides, if we chose to change the path of the train, the kid for sure will be sacrifice but not run away like what we thought he will do.

Why? Cause he never know that train will be on the abandon track!

Next, when we chose to change the path of the train, we are actually risking the life of all the passengers on train.

We might risking 1000+ peoples' life just to save one gang of children.

Do remember there is always a reason for not using the track.

Who knows maybe the track rust or what so ever?

Don't think that you are great just because you save one gang of children, you might destroying 1000+ peoples' life.

The gang of children actually will run away themselves as they knew since early they should not play at there. So no worries =)

So is the result surprise you? I do.

We always think that we do consider about everything, but sometimes we will still miss out something.

We felt that choosing to change the path of the train will not be wrong since everyone choosing to do so.

But sometimes, majority doesn't mean correct and minority doesn't mean wrong. Don't feel scare when you are the outstanding one.

Stand out and voice out your opinion.

I do hope this question can make you who are reading realise of something as it did slap me up =P

200811 - Decision

Everyone has to make decisions.

Tons of decision to be made and all these affect our next steps and future.

Do you really make a correct decision?

Do you ever regret with the decision made?

Or you will follow others' decisions most of the time?

Here the scenario that my teacher gave us for us to make a decision:

There are two trains railway tracks here.

And one gang of children playing there.

Only one of the them chose to play on the abandon track and the others chose to play on the operating one.

The train came. And you are standing at the place where you can change the path of the train.

Will you change it to the not operating track or let it be on the normal way?

The train cant be stopped and you have only a few seconds to make the decision either change or not.

So what's your answer? Think about this and be concern about the consequences =)

There must be an answer =P

Life went kinda smooth and I do enjoy it very the much =P

After next week it will be my school holidays.

Urgh, 18 d still waiting for school holidays == macam kanak-kanak.

Hope that I can truly have a rest this holiday.

Like what I said before, I kinda satisfy with my monthly test result.

I got 3.67 =) But this test consider an easy one, so nth to celebrate.

I got band 3 for my Muet this time. Issh, just that 8 marks more and I will get band 4.

Have to put in more effort d.

I will maintain the results throughout the year!

I just wanna prove that even I am in blue, I can still manage my study!

Dont know why my expenditures for these few months were so high.

I didn't manage to save my money and I spent almost all of my salary =(

Have to control myself starting next month d since I wanna change my cellphone *wink*

Although money is not everything, but everything need money ==

Stop spending!

Days gone again.

Time really flies and I can't really cope with this still..

Things happen and go every moment and I grow eventually.

I wish I could do even better, at least no harm to others.

Well, my life went back to normal since Monday.

I do angry for what I got, but after all, I can't change it as well.

I did revenge or should say I take my actions for this.

I knew I did nth wrong, at least I did sth that beneficial to the coming generations.

Like what all said, life is unfair, I knew this since long, but now I believe about it.

It's always that unfair no matter how hard you work, how much you did.

However, I am glad with the truth. I knew someone else there knew my ability and trust me.

Something cheer me up these days, MY RESULTS!

Although I am not getting like A++++ for all the subjects, and it's just a monthly test, but I do satisfy with everything I got.

I am glad and regret at the same time.

I should take art since f4, maybe I could score more than 7A's? I really enjoy study now!

Opps, did I say I enjoy study? I think I am crazy =P
