Lemon Cheese Cake

Make this cheese cake last week and it tastes nice for me.
Give it a try as it is also =P

Ingredient :
3 teaspoons of gelatine dissolved in 250ml of boiling water.
1/2 tablespoons of grated lemon rind ( 柠檬皮碎 )
1/4 cup of lemon juice
400g of sweetened condensed milk ( 淡奶 )
240g of cream cheese ( Philadelphia Branded )
200g of fine sugar ( 细糖 )
240g of sweet biscuit crumbs ( 甜饼干碎 )
120g of melted butter
Directions :
1. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melter butter and press into base of a a springform pan.
2. Chill the mixture in 1.
3. Dissolve gelatine in boiled water. Put it under room temperature for cooling.
4. Add lemon juice and grated lemon rind to the gelatine.
5. Beat the condensed milk until smooth.
6. Mix the cream cheese with fine sugar.
7. Mix the cheese mixture with gelatine mixture and condensed milk.
8. Pour the mixture onto the crumb base and chill in refrigerator for a night.
